Energy Day is coming up on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Sam Houston Park (1000 Bagby Street, 77002) and UH Energy will host a tent again this year. Students are invited to display any information or research at a table at the tent. Energy Day is an official City of Houston event, free, family-friendly, and celebrates the importance of energy in our daily lives. Attendees include students, educators, families and business leaders who see a range of exhibits highlighting energy sources and opportunities in the industry.

If you are interested in participating, please send the below mentioned information to sacoates@uh.edu (Stephanie Coates) by September 21:

  • The names of the people participating at your display
  • T-shirt sizes for everyone participating
  • How many parking passes you’ll need
  • How many tables/chairs you will need and any other special requirements for your display (if you’re bringing heavy or large equipment, for example)
  • A brief description of what you will display and giveaways if you will have them

If you need any help making your display more interactive, please let the UH Energy team know so they can help facilitate.
